Very, very basic information needed here.  I'm just a new arrival to JRiver and can't find this topic in the forum.

We have a Fiio M7 music player.  Initially we were able to import all files from our iTunes library with no problem, but since then it has been hit and miss with new files we've bought from Amazon (and so mp3's). We've tried send to from the Recently imported list, and sync handheld, and while JRiver shows the files as over on the SD card in the player, we can't find half of them when checking the lists there (ie on the Fiio).

I feel ashamed to ask this, but what are we doing wrong in our uploads?  Any tips gratefully received.
