Unable to restore licence

Attempting to restore licence gives the following error in the logs and the generic "there was a problem communicating with the licence server" error dialog

I can see via a packet capture that it does connect successfully to rover.jriver.com so it's not a connectivity problem

installing a fresh licence from the cli works fine

I'm getting the same error on a fresh install just now, investigating

Looks like there is a certificate problem, will ask bob to look into it.

The issue should be resolved now!
