Streaming Video
« on: July 05, 2020, 12:11:00 am »

Hi,
I am using the last version of 25 (waiting to migrate until this issue is solved) and have been using MC for years but only for audio.  Now i want to use it for streaming Video to 2 televisions.
One is a Philips, and is connected to the network through utp (cable) this one works fine.
the second is a sony KDL-32HX750 and is connected to the network.

MC runs on a nuc (intel) i7 with 32 gb ram.  All the files (physical) are on a internal ssd video as mp4  H.264 30 fps

It is impossible to stream whatever video to the sony, and at first i thought is had something to do with the hardware or network.  But as a test i installed universal Media server and guess what it ran like charm.  no interuptions in the stream !!!!

does someone has a sony kdl as a renderer on a wifi network and could you share the dlna settings ??

Download the DMRA from my sig, and run the test against the Sony. It will tell you what settings it supports.
