Upgraded v24 to v26. What happened to Dolby ATMOS?
« on: July 13, 2020, 10:29:59 am »

I just upgraded from the latest v24 to the latest v26 and it (v26) isn't playing any Dolby ATMOS soundtracks in ATMOS. No such issues with v24. What changed/am I missing?

Only way to play ATMOS and DTS-X is passthrough (bitstreaming) to your receiver that can decode those.

[tools]->[options]->[audio]->[bitstreaming]

Doh! I forgot to restore the settings from my last library backup. Among other things, that (re)set the audio to bitstreaming.  ;D
