Chapterfy is a great tool to automatically add chapters to a movie.
Unofortunately, it does not ease the process of creating a database with reference video scences and categorize them in playlists. This can be done with particles, but we need a more functional UI to work with.
Therefore, the need for the following feature remains.
Particles is a great feature that is trully unsuable because it takes to much time to create each particle. Right now it takes too much time for each particle to be created, and writing down the beginning and end time of each one and adding them later it is a bit cumbersome.
The following feature will tackle this problem.
I suggest an "advanced toolbar for Particles" on the Display (and for songs under the control button area I guess) with the following buttons "Start", "End", "(re)name, "Add", "Keywords"(customizable field or optional Library fields), and maybe -+ for speed; so that we can do it while playing the file. By pressing "Add" the particle can be added to library, or/and to a "new particles" playlist).
Additionally:
- The stacks list does not appear if I right click a file in the playing now playlist
- Ability to export them together with their playlist to portable devices/
- Ability to back them up, or/and even add this information to the original file.

Maybe a new web browser engine or an update from Chromium so that you can log back on to Youtube for your favorites.

Not possible, Google blocks embedded Chromium-based browsers from logging into YouTube now unfortunately.
don_:
OSD Reposition would be very useful in some cases (sometimes the OSD in Videos is out of picture and my beamer does not show it, because of masking).
So it would be very useful, if there would be a possibility to show the OSD in the picture or just to have an ability to move/ reposition the OSD.
Thanks

More details might help.

As an example, I use a variety of video & audio editing tools. Some of them have unique filetypes. For example, Pinnacle Systems has a filetype of *.axp which is not supported by MediaCenter. During the edit session, I will create a number of video snippets that could be incorporated into a chapter, and multiple chapters that can make up a DVD or ISO. There could be different flavors of each for language, DVD type, etc. It would be very useful to create a playlist that contained all of the assets (Music, video, images, and Pinnacle Project files) that make up a snippet in a playlist or playlists within a group that could make up a DVD/ISO, etc.
