JRemote not working iPad Pro

The remote app does not show me settings on the top left. The area points to a blank.

I am new to JRiver, making the switch from Roon.

I do have some questions concerning learning  JRemote. I have the app installed on the iPad Pro but it does not work. It is directing me to go to settings in the upper left corner of the screen. However, there is not a settings tab.

Is there a JRemote tutorial ?

Did you try changing the orientation?  Rotate the device.

What exact model of iPad Pro and what iOS version are you using? There's a chance JRemote for iOS hasn't been optimized or tested on that specific model of iPad Pro + iOS version yet, or an iOS update broke something (again), or a bug in the compiler (Xcode, maybe?), etc. In fact after doing a search of the forums, I can't find any reports from anyone testing JRemote on an iPad Pro so it might be something new. If it is indeed new, hopefully it's something that can be reproduced in the simulator.
