MC 26 (mac) trial extension isn't working

My trial expired on or about 9/9/2020. I requested a extension code which is supposed to be good for 45 days from the initial installation. I received the code and entered it but Media Center says "The trial period has expired". How can I resume my trial?

MC27 is on the forum.  You could try it.
