Is there any hope for Drag 'n Drop?

Even just in Playing now?

Is there, or could there be, keyboard/rest/mcc commands to move a track in playing now?
Maybe move specific track or selected track... move up, move down, move to top, move to bottom, move to index?

It's the last thing that really bugs me about the Linux version.

Hopefully we can get this going in MC27. I agree, it's about the last basic functionality to implement.

Nice, that would be great!

What about CD reading/ripping/writing? Did possibly using cdparanoia or another library to do it look like it could work?

Been thinking about that too. The drawback is the framework around ripping is based on Windows code and that was hacked to make work on Mac so there's not a lot of code that can be reused.

Looking forward to this feature.
