Port Forwarding steps

i have At&t..i need the specific steps(screenshots would help) to port forward my windows 10 pc so that i may access jriver via my iphone X wherever i am.. thanks

It's different on every router.  Do a Google search for the instructions for your model.  Most manufacturers have good online help.
