Ok, so the vertical is only off in retina mode, that should be a pretty simple fix.

I noticed the fonts were also much larger (and/or they reset to a different font, can't tell). I do like it though, fonts are nice and sharper (like the system fonts are).

They seem a lot sharper to me as well.

I actually don't recall having changed the fonts at all. What do you need me to do to find out which ones I am using?

I have sent you an email (if Bob at JRiver dot com is correct) with a screen recording showing what happens when I scroll through a pane. It is the same in retina and non retina at 100% size.
