Not loading for me using an RPi 4 4G 32OS, getting same error along with seg fault, installed from deb file.
Reverted back to .20.

Also armhf not arm64?

Just updated armhf to 27.0.22.
Give it a try and report please.

Bob, I did the apt-update thing on both my pi's, and both work on version 27.0.22.
