JRiver Media Center 27.0.22 for Mac -- Available here
aliciaviola:
No bug but a big HALLELUJA!
27.0.22. is the first version that writes AND READS special characters correctly from my Mac and tagged with Metadatics! Gave up hope that this would happen one day.
And for me the CPU and all other tasks work normal and reliable.
THANKS
Frank

Hello. When I enable DSP Studio and change the Output Format to the same Output, the Click Sound and Red Light (meaning Interrupted Signal) still appears everytime I Click Stop Button and also starts to appear everytime I hit the Play Button. Turning Integer mode On is the same. So the best configuration so far, is Leaving DSP output format our and turning integer mode off. This way it only interrupts with Stop Button.

Of course the data will be stopped when you stop.
If it's happening between tracks make sure your Audio settings with regards to track transitions is set to gapless. This only opens the device once when you hit play and plays silence when paused.
If you still have issues you might try changing the hardware buffering in MC's audio device settgins.

It is not the Track that Stops but the signal between the JRiver and the DAC that is interrupted everytime I hit Stop Button. This never happened to me in the Past versions.
The issue happens when I press the stop button. Inhave tried everything possible for 4 hours now... This never happened in previous versions 23 and 26. Thank you.

Could it possibly be some recent change in macOS audio handling? Maybe that is what they are hoping you will uncover by reverting back to MC26 and seeing if it persists.
Awesome Donkey:
Try disabling integer mode under device settings in MC27's Options > Audio.
