Farthest Right Column Does Not Remain Fixed

(1/2) > >>

Jamil:
This is the latest available 27.0.21.  Below is a screenshot.

See the farthest most column divider to the right of the currently playing track in the play list below?  It automatically expands for some reason and does not remain in a fixed position.  I am not sure why this is happening, but I cannot seem to stop it.  It forces scroll bars to appear when I do not want them to.  As soon as I slide it to remove the scroll bars, it expands again to fit the next track.

Also, for some weird reason MC27 is stopping playback all by itself.  I click the play button and it resumes, but I am not sure why it is stopping.  It stopped two times while I was typing this forum post.

Jamil:
It actually appears that all the column dividers have their positions reset for each track change.  I am constantly making the same adjustments over after adjusting them all..

Jamil:
Also, the stopping playback has to do with form entry into Firefox.  MC27 stopped playback again when I logged into my NAS.

Awesome Donkey:
For the columns thing, perhaps you have the Auto size columns option enabled, which is default in MC27?

You can find it under MC's Options > Tree & View and uncheck Auto size columns and hit OK, then close and reopen MC.

Jamil:
I just checked and one of those check boxes was checked.  I cleared all check boxes and restarted.

So this was a change for MC27?  MC26 was never doing this, and I never had to change these options.  Some of these changes I don't understand the rationale behind.
