Library Backup Problem

I am trying to backup the Library I've been using in MC26 to MC27. I go to Downloads/JRiver/Media Center 26/Library Backups and select the only file that is there. But after the restore MC27 still looks nothing like my current MC26. What could I be doing wrong?

Try searching for the zip files that are the backups.  You may just be restoring an MC27 backup.

Back up in MC26.  Restore that backup in MC27.

Thanks Jim. The backups to MC26 were being saved in the wrong folder. I finally figured that out, backed up to the right folder, and everything went OK.
