Missing Licence

I attempted to purchase a license for v27 through the early adopter discount and received an email that the purchase had been successful.
Upon performing the upgrade over the weekend I was unable to restore my license, the key being sent states it’s a MediaCentre26 key and the program states my license is not valid for Media Center.
I have attempted to verify the purchase through banking records but can’t find it so there’s a chance the purchase didn’t go through – I would just like to verify this before  I do anything.

I just found both an MC26 and an MC27 license for the email address you used for the forum.  I've re-sent both.  You can do this yourself from our Restore Page.
