Stop new Pop up window when playing new song?

When I play a file two disturbing things happen:
1. A new window pops up displaying the Album cover and a little info - recurs with each new file.
2.A message box appears: "unable to download. The system cannot find the file specified". Sometimes I can't play the file unless I open another one and come back to the original.

1. is just a pain while 2. is worrisome.

I'm not sure if it's a JRiver issue or PC.

Hopefully someone can help me out?

1.  That may be a tooltip and you can turn them off in settings.  Does it happen if you move the mouse to a different location?

2.  Might not be our message.

Are you using version 22?  That's where you've posted.

Doh, I'm using 21. I paid for 23 I believe, but couldn't get it loaded up. The popup is attached. I appreciate your help!

@Jim H. Can you help me? Each time a file play,  a new window opens and displays information about that file. Please see the pics above. It's pretty annoying and I can't find how to stop it.
