I have noticed this with previous versions of MC 9.

When playing an MP3, if I pause it for an extended period of time (5 minutes for example), MC will stop responding when I click on the Play button to resume playback.  I have watched the task manager when this happens and notice that MC's memory usage and number of page faults climbs seemingly endlessly until I force the application to shut down.
