Issues with shared linux library
« on: January 15, 2021, 12:59:57 am »

Hi,

I am using the following setup:
Server:   rPi4-8GB as master library (Chosen because of the low energy footprint)
Clients:   2 Window (W10, 1909) based machines (headless)
1 Linux (Ubuntu 20.04) based machine (headless)
Remote:   mconnect (to be able to stream Qobuz and Tidal to JRiver) and have one app to control JRiver

When I load the rPi library into the windows client and try to stream Tidal/Qobuz, JRiver errors out with "file not found"
If I Use the windows client and create the library there, it will stream Tidal/Qobuz without any error
If I load the rPi library to the Ubuntu client, it will stream Tidal/Qobuz without any error

I don't use any WDM drivers, as this is not needed.

What is needed to have this up and running on the window clients, using the rPi library? As I don't want to maintain multiple libraries or have the windows clients running 24/7 for their library?
I am running out of ideas?
