Problem with license

Hello everyone
I am writing this because I have a problem with the product license.
More directly my computer has got into some problems, and cannot function anymore, fixing it will require hard drive format,
and I have lost my "Permanent License Key" used to activate said license, therefore I come with the question,
Is there any way of extracting the license key from the program itself, or is it doomed?
