MC 23 and upgrade to Windows 10

Did a search for topic-no joy. Recently upgraded laptop from win 8.1 to win 10. I have 2 licenses, not upgrades, on it. MC 19 and MC 23. MC 19 loads and works with
win 10 while MC23 brings up a warning box which states that it doesn't work with the operating system. Why doesn't MC 23 boot? Also, I have purchased MC 27, but have not installed it as yet because of the above problem. Regarding, MC 27, I have a new Samsung S20 FE 5G smartphone and would like to migrate the program and my music files (flac /mp3 ?) to it. Will MC27 allow me to do so?...Thanks...Andy
