Now playing and highlight colour

I noticed on windows the track currently playing has bold font, and the highlight is blue, but on mac you can hardly see the highlight and you can't tell at all which track is actually playing. Is there an option to enable this or is it a bug/possible to fix with editing a config file, or is it a macos limitation? (Both are Modern Cards:Grey Edition skin)
