Unfortunately, JRiver cannot play FLAC streams here anymore. The previous version works fine though.

Streams tried:
http://hd.stream.frequence3.net/frequence3.flac
https://stream.and-stuff.nl:8443/riverside
http://89.223.45.5:8000/progressive-flac

Big Sur 11.3 (20E232) on Intel hardware.

Found it, it will be fixed in the next build.

I've gone thru the setup procedure, and afterwards I'm still at .85 version.  .86 or .87 have the same behavior, one machine tried was 11.3 and the other was 10.13.6

I just tried the universal installer and got the same result.

Sorry, what is this in reference to?
There are 2 different issues in this thread.

PPatla:
I can't get either the .86 or .87 versions to install on my Intel based MacMini.  I go thru the complete installation procedure, I do an about Media Center and it reports back version .85 is installed.  When I do the install it says do you want to replace the version, I say yes... It goes thru the install, and still shows .85 I tried the Intel and universal installers.  I noticed they are exactly the same size, it's almost like the posted installers are the .85 versions......

I have done everything except uninstall and reinstall (which I'd rather not have to do to mess with the library)

Not sure what you are seeing, I just downloaded from the link at the top of this post to my Intel MacBook Pro 2014 over the existing version (86) and it's now 87.
if you are concerned you could do a library backup, then delete the Media Center 27.app from Applications and then install from the link again.
The user files and library are not affected when you delete the App.
