EPG searches from MCWS?

It doesn't appear to be possible at this time, but is there any way to search the EPG via MCWS?  If not, are there any plans to add this?  Thanks.

I would like to specify a search string, channel, and start/end time span (only one of these would be necessary but could specify all) and have it return the details of the upcoming programs that match.
