Master license MC27 works with Windows but not with Mac

(1/1)

Flutsch:
Hi,

I purchased the master license MC27 for my windows machine last year. I switched to mac recently but cannot use the license for the version 27.
Today pre-order to pre-order MC28 startet and I immediately purchased it. But also that license does not work.

Any thoughts / ideas ?

Best
Martin

Awesome Donkey:
Make sure you're using the latest version of MC27 which accepts a MC28 license.

For Intel-based Macs only: https://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php/topic,129261.0.html

Or...

For Apple Silicon and Intel-based Macs (Universal build): https://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php/topic,129260.0.html

Worth noting that MC28 may be released as a Universal build (with both Apple Silicon and Intel Mac support) only.

Flutsch:
Great - I will try to extend the trial then ... waiting for the email with the new code

Also, your MC27 Master license should work fine for any version of MC27, Windows, Mac or Linux.
If that's not the case please provide more information on how that fails.
