I downloaded jriver and restored the licence. I got an Media Center27 Windows-501116.mjr which still refers to MC27. If I try to restore I am told 'your license file is not valid blah blah'
how can I fix this?

That's an MC27 Install Key.  It won't work with MC28.  Go to the Restore Page and email yourself your Registration Codes.

Re-read the first post if necessary.

Thanks it works now. FYI gmail removed 'unnecessary page break'(?) from the email so it hidden the key (this may be of some help gmail users)

Hi, I have a normal version installed.

- Can I install a Portable version on the same disk?
- Can I later remove the normal installation and keep only the Portable version?
