Just for playing music (playlist with 100 entries, flac, average file size about 30 MB) MC28.0.29 uses more than 700 MB. Is that ok?

I never hit the "OK" button. Even after configuring and restarting MC the weird window is still there. MC seems to be working OK.  This was my first MC28, upgrading from a recent 27. No idea what black window is...

I saw that too. It's a dialog or warning before the skinning engine is loaded. I closed it with the X and haven't seen it since.

I'll check but if it's not growing I think it's ok.

Thanks, Bob!

Fortunately I have 16 GB, but I'll keep also an eye on it.    ;)

(Photoshop is very greedy, and I like editing while listening to music.....)
I have encountered "low memory and swap" warnings...

Thanks again for looking at it.

In "Playing Now, Player" the "Rating" column occasionally is not filled when invoking 28.0.29. When I reinvoke it after quitting, everything is fine.
It happened twice.

I set "Auto Size All Columns" before I get a chance to look a "Rating" (out of sight too far to the right). Will check it now, to see whether autosize has an impact...(if Murphy allows ;-) )

I intended to make a screenshot, but could not reproduce it so far. (Murphy!)
