MC28 does not take registration from MC 27.0.87

Not entirely sure which way you are doing it here. Since the title and your message seem to contradict each other.

If you have a license for MC28 you can also use MC 27.0.79 and above beacause MC28 might not have been out at the time you aquired the license for MC28. But if you have a MC27 license you cannot use any version of MC28, but need to upgrade your license to a MC28 one.

MC27 licences purchased after a certain build should work in MC28.  The OP is saying he thought this was build 27.0.79 but he has a licence purchased when he had 27.0.87 and this licence won't work with MC28

I checked for licenses that used your email address.  The last license you purchased was from August, 2020.  You can upgrade if you wish.
