JRemote cannot wake up my PC (Windows 10) running JRiver when I am outside my LAN.

=> JRemote can wake up my PC when my Iphone is connected to my LAN
=> Once JRiver PC is awake, JRemote can play music while being outside my LAN

Coud you tell me to which device is sent the magic packet by JRemote while being outside the LAN?
as its seems that my router does not received this magic packet.

Being able to use wake-on-lan from outside your local lan is very difficult.
The main problem is the magic packet needs to be sent as a network broadcast rather than targeted at your computers ip address.
Very few routers are willing to accept a packet from the internet and broadcast it to every device on thier network, as this is seen as a security risk.
Although some feature rich routers can be configured to do this.
The reason it needs to be a broadcast is that once the device goes to sleep after a few seconds the local network removes its location from its look up tables.

This is not a JRiver problem but a network issue.

My router accept magic packet from internet.
I have an app on my Iphone that allows me to wake up any PC connected to my router while being outside of my LAN.

Does JRemote send the magic packet to the broadcast address of my router ? (I am afraid the answer is no).
 
Is there no additionnal parameter missing in JRemote settings ? (external port for WOL, .. ?)
Should the field "GLOBAL ACCESS : Address " be fullfield ?
