Library Sync - Files Not In Sync playlist

I have an automatically generated playlist "Library Sync - Files Not In Sync" in my playlists. I have done some testing of Library Sync but can't work out what this list represents. Possibly related, after I tried Library Sync I could not find a way to remove the sync from the "Sync Library" dialog popup - it persists there with the access key that I used. I do not want this sync to be operative.
