Duplicating MC settings, fields etc onto another computer (PC and Mac)

There are two other computers in this house that I want to replicate my MC settings, Fields etc on. Is this possible, and if so how is it done please? I already have a licence for this, but haven't used it so far. I only use MC for Audio.

I don't run a NAS and it wouldn't be feasible for this anyway because they are laptops and go offsite, so these are stand-alone systems. An external drive with the music files would just be plugged into them. One is a PC and the other is a Mac. My original system (this one) is PC.

I save most of the fields with data to the files (except the calculated ones of course), and I presume I should do an Update Tags from Library first, before duplicating the external disk.
