MC 27 Startup problem/question

Lately, whenever I restart the computer I get a msg saying that MC 27 and Media Server are both in the Windows Startup, but this is not the case – only Media Center 27.exe is there. (screenshot attached).

There is no there user account ever used on this computer. (in fact I just tried to switch users then and it came straight back to this one)

The line "Please try rebooting the computer" is a little unhelpful – that's what causes this!  8)
