NEW: JRVR Video Renderer

Hendrik has been quietly working on something important the last few months.  We plan to release early builds of it this Friday, September 17th.  Linux builds were just posted here:  https://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php/topic,130673.msg906019.html#msg906019

He's built JRiver Video Renderer, our own video renderer, partly to give us compatibility across Windows, Mac, and Linux.  Possibly Android in the future.

JRVR is built on a flexible framework, supporting Vulkan (a replacement for OpenGL), Direct3D 11 on Windows, and OpenGL as a fallback.  Performance should be improved.

Just  ran a quick test on Mac release 28.0.64 on M1 Mac mini.
