Unable to use "Find and Replace..." to delete empty lines for lyrics.

For example I'm trying to get rid of the "Source: LyricFind" at the end of songs but it doesn't work if I try to delete the extra Lines and space.

I tried :

None of the options work unless I just replace:

I want the ability to delete the extra empty lines along with it.
