I would like to move my audio collection from macOS to Windows. I could not find any instruction in your database. How do I tell the library that the path to all media files changes?

Easy.  Select the files you want to change (you may want to do a small section first to test) --> Right Click --> "Rename, Move, & Copy Files" and have a look at the pic below.  You can the use:
- Update database to point to new location
- Find & Replace to change the part you need to change
