I keep having to re-install or recover license

JRiver keeps uninstalling itself or just deactivating itself and instead of starting the program when I hit the icon it put in my taskbar, it reinstalls.   Today, I started it up and it wanted me to purchase a license.  I put the old key in and it said trial version expired.  It's not a trial version.

What is going on? Any ideas?

jrm 25 is installed
how can I tell if my registration key is for that version?

Mail yourself your licenses.  It's option #2 on the Restore Page.
