I can not e-mail or send photos. I do not know how to get the e-mail to work

Hope u can help as I want to send by e-mail photos etc. and I'm told that I do not have an e-mail program installed with JRiver 28. I'm 79 years old and a disabled Vet. I guess too many meds. Please, help.
