I'd like to have MC drive two USB ports with independent playlists from a single Windows (10) PC.  Is this a doable do or not?

Thanks for your thoughts!

Hi King, maybe this could be an idea:
Each USB output is a separate zone in Playing Now. In each smartlist you can add a new rule and with "Zone last opened".

Good Luck

Thanks Mr. Big.  I'll look into doing that.  I am still unsure if, in Windows, two separate "sound cards", i.e., two USB ports, can be accessed at the same time.  The Windows "Sound Settings" function does not appear to support that but I could be wrong.

MC should be able to do that, as you can assign different devices to zones directly.
