Can't play video

I am a JRiver MC 26 user, and I have been unable to play it on Windows 7 (64-bit) Professional Edition.When playing a video, it always prompts: An error occurred during playback. Details: Unable to download and install the "LAV Splitter" filter.
Win7 firewall has set JR MC 26 as an exceptional program that can be run.

The firewall is likely blocking one of the other executables Media Center uses to download things. Make sure inbound and outbound for the firewall is allowed for JRService, JRWeb and possibly JRWorker too.

This may or may not work on Windows 7 as time passes, as Windows 7 is a dead OS that no longer receives updates or support from Microsoft and there's no guarantees things will continue to work as expected when it comes to Media Center and LAV filters.
