Coupon Help?

I'm new to JRiver
I've been using Audirvana as my music server software on my Mac Mini and I'm relatively satisfied. However, I received an email from JRiver offering a discount-coupon for first time installs. Enticed, I installed JRiver onto my server, etc.

My problem is, after downloading and installing JRiver, when I went to purchase, there was no deal?
 
After hunting around, I have realized that there is no direct way to contact Customer Support to see if/how I can obtain the Coupon (or any other issue for that matter).

I'm wondering if:
Support personel are monitoring this forum and may be able to assist me (to get the coupon) via DM here?
Has the support-by-forum-only been successful for you as a user?
