MC 26 - Remote Access issues [Solved]

Trying to setup remote access to JRiver for the first time. I can access JRiver "externally" through a web browser without any issues but cannot via the JRemote app on my iPhone 7.

I must be doing something wrong but can't seem to see what. Any help is appreciated.

Attached is the Connection Summary.

Did you configure port forwarding for port 52199? On the server you're trying to connect to with JRemote, go to Tools -> Options -> Media Network. Click on the access key and select 'Test connection to this server...'

Sorry for the late response. I did have port forwarding configured correctly and tested the connection to my JRiver server. I uninstalled and re-installed JRemote. It is working now but not sure what I did. It has to be a finger problem at my end. Thanks
