Audio Conversion Location Problem in MC25 after reinstalling Mac

I had my Audio Format Conversions set to go to a specific folder.
In that folder would be a folder of the album title and then the files that had been converted.
So Convert folder/Album Name/ files

After I reinstalled MC25 my settings were erased and now it is converting them to the same folder but just the files (no album folder).
It is also ignoring any renaming I have done to the files in MC25 and only using the File name of the original file.
I continue to get a JRworker crash every time I open the software.

I can not find the location in options or settings to set the rules for naming and folder hierarchy for my converted files.
Have not found a "audio conversion options" style folder.

Mac running El Capitan
MC25 25.0.128
