JRiver mc25 Installation

I am having trouble importing music.  I uninstalled everything>Rebooted windows>re-installed Mc25>Started program>let it scan for music.

auto scan was running, got to 19,000 files and program shut down.  This happened also before I did the re-install.

Drive (C:) shows' 1.9 terabytes of music. but only 656 gigs was loaded in library before the reinstall.

Not sure what I should try.

Any help appreciated.
