JimH:
Re-read carefully the link called Restoring a License.  Install MC29 first, then restore your MC29 license.  I just re-sent your licenses, including MC29.

David Sydney:
Thank you all sorted now.

I am trying to purchase an MC29 master license but I keep getting sent to a page that says this product is no longer for sale.  I have a 27 master license and a windows 29 license purchased in May (don't ask me why I didn't purchase a 29 master instead of the windows version).

I use MC on all three operating systems - windows, Mac, and linux.

Thanks

JimH:
Download and install MC29.0.81 or higher.

Hello,
First time posting in any forum for any reason, so please be patient with me!
I have been using a trial version of MC 23 for the past 30 days.  I installed it on an old Windows laptop running Vista and I guess I installed MC23 because it was the version that would install.
Yesterday I purchased a license for Windows using a different laptop, assuming that I could use the resulting code on my MC23 version.  Now I see that I cannot.  Is there a way for me to change my purchase to this older version?  I see there are options for upgrading to a new version, but what I want to do is downgrade.  MC23 is working great and I don't want to lose it!  I even tried to buy a license for MC23, but it's no longer available.  Help please!
