WASAPI Loopback & MC28 Vs MC19
« on: February 01, 2022, 09:43:36 pm »

I'm still using MC19 with Win10.  WASAPI Loopback stopped working properly in MC19, I suspect, after a Windows Update.  I see an entry in MC27 for similar with no outcome.  Before I go with MC28 is WASAPI Loopback working in MC28?
Background Info
I use 3way digital active crossovers with DRC based on the Convolution Plug-In in MC.  I implement the DSP using a MOTU Ultralite Mk3.  MC forces me to use the MOTU ASIO driver to apply multiple channels of DSP. While WASAPI Loopback was working I could send say external output on my PC, eg. Internet Radio, to a spare stereo channel on the MOTU say WASAPI Channel 9/10 which I defaulted as the output channel in Windows then use WASAPI Loopback to send that via the MC Convolution.  Loopback does still work but the sound is distorted - It could be that MC is only picking up a portion of the Windows sample?  Please help - am I missing something?

Hello Bag1, I used it yesterday with MC28 installed on Windows 10 32bit and it was working.
