Let me explain that the Id is not near my office where my computers are. It is installed on another floor where my sound system is. When my Id wasn't responding I plug in a monitor to the output of the ID. I've always seen 2 menus, JRiver Id main menu and JRiver Media Center itself. Now I only see the colorful flower image so at least I know the monitor is working. Neither menu is appearing therefore I can't control the ID directly from the Id itself. No idea how to correct the issue. I've rebooted the unit several times with no luck. Any help will be appreciated.
