Can't burn "audio" CD - automatically as

In 9.0124 beta

When selecting "Burn" it does not ask me if it should be an Audio cd or a Data cd - it assume Data and I can't seem to change it no matter what I try. I was able to select Audio for the first disk I burned, but all other tries have this problem.

Suggestions?
