Hello, it seems to work now with the new version 29.0.86, despite I did not get notification for that.

Is it possible to migrate all data/databases from MC29 for Windows to MC29 for Mac? If so, how?

On the latest builds, try saving a backup in MC on Windows and restoring it on Mac.  That moves the database itself, not your files.  If the files have the same structure on both, it should work.

It should work, as it supports both Intel and Apple Silicon-based Macs. If you're using really old macOS, that could prevent you from using MC29.
