Gizmo Will Not Work in 29

After I upgraded to 29 everything worked fine except I tried to use Gizmo tonight on my Android and I cannot get it to work.  Never had issues before.  Tried:
1. Turning Android off and back on
2. Uninstalled Gizmo and reinstalled
3. Checked Access key to see if it changed - it didn't.
4. Unchecked "Use Media Network to share this library and enable DLNA and then rechecked the box which took me through the Windows firewall disabling steps.
5. Tried entering the IP address with the 52199 ending in Gizmo

None of these steps worked and I still cannot use Gizmo.  Is it something on my end or did 29 change if/how Gizmo works?

There are other similar problem reports that may be related to Windows updates.

Nothing has changed with Gizmo or how MC works with it.

Someone reported a Windows setting that worked.  A permission thing?

I did upgrade from MC28 to MC29 (32bit version) on Windows 10 32bit with all updates and patches available.
No problem of that kind. Gizmo works as usual.
