Getting started and How to?

I've been having serious problems in importing my playlists. I will report on my further problems in the separate post about that.
But what I wanna know in order to get the full potential out of MC/A: is there a Getting Started or How To page somewhere? Or a Help item?
For instance: is there some way to use MC for Windows as my base system and copy that to my phone?
But, aside to answering that last question: the main question is about the Getting Started etc.
