Error while installing from scratch

Hi
I was following the excellent "Quick start Guide for installing JRiver on RPI4" by Wheaten and everything was Ok untill the "Installing MC" section:

I had the following warning (or error) indicating that the public key for JRiver is not avalaible and then the updates are desactivated by default.

It seems that there is something wrong at JRiver   ( JeeCee had the same problem related in topic https://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php/topic,132504.msg918175.html#msg918175

Is it normal to have buster instead of bullseye ?

Anyway I did follow the way indicated by Wheaten in order to turn around this problem

Yes, that's normal.

I'm not getting why there is a key issue here.
It's not expired and it works fine for me.
